Overview
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Surgical Nurse to join our Eye Clinic team.
The candidate will assist ophthalmologists during surgical procedures, provide pre- and post-operative patient care, and maintain a safe and sterile clinical environment.
Roles & Responsibilities (R&R)
- Prepare operating and procedure rooms for ophthalmic surgeries
- Assist surgeons during eye procedures and surgeries
- Maintain sterile techniques and infection control standards
- Prepare and handle ophthalmic surgical instruments and equipment
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
- Educate patients on pre-operative and post-operative care
- Maintain accurate medical records and nursing documentation
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff for smooth patient care
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations
- Manage surgical supplies and inventory when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing
- DHA License required
- Experience in ophthalmology or operating room nursing preferred
- Knowledge of ophthalmic surgical procedures and instruments
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
