QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience plus two (2) years’ experience in building maintenance.
- Two (2) years of leadership, supervisory, team lead, or management experience preferred.
- Experience managing maintenance vendors, service contracts, and facility-related projects preferred.
- Knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, doors, dock equipment, and general facility infrastructure preferred.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and employee development skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and maintenance management systems.
- Valid driver's license required.
- WORK CONDITIONS:
- Ability to travel within assigned district and region as required.
- Exposure to active freight operations, maintenance activities, construction sites, and outdoor environments.
- Exposure to varying weather conditions, noise levels, dust, and facility maintenance work environments.
- Hours may vary based on operational needs, emergencies, and project requirements.
- Ability to visit and inspect facilities, equipment, and maintenance work areas.

- Pay:
- Annual Salary: $71,480.00 - $112,939.00
- The compensation listed reflects the pay range or rate of pay reasonably expected for this posted position at the posted location(s). If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the pay information represents the minimum and maximum range for all levels. Actual pay is determined by job-related factors permitted by law and relevant to the position, such as experience, tenure, market level, pay at the location for this job, performance, schedule, and work assignment.
