- Flexible Hours: Choose shifts that fit your schedule (minimum 2 weekday availabilities).

- Supportive Team: Training and ongoing mentorship to help you grow.
- Assist in daily living activity such as personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparation and social and community access.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to WHS policies and report incidents promptly.
- Compassionate Engagement: Build trust through respectful, friendly interactions.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Experienced in supporting people with disability for at least 1 year.
- Reliable, empathetic, and proactive attitude.
- Experience as an AIN, Support Worker, or in aged/disability care.
- Own reliable vehicle (preferred but not essential).
