Support Officer
Dubai Municipality is seeking to appoint a
Support Officer
to provide administrative and operational support, ensuring efficient coordination of internal processes and effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and coordinate suggestions, complaints, reports, and grievances, and follow up with concerned parties to ensure appropriate resolution
- Prepare analytical and periodic reports on performance, outcomes, and key activities
- Support the implementation of communication and stakeholder engagement plans
- Coordinate and document meetings, and follow up on resulting decisions and recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing correspondence in accordance with approved procedures
- Contribute to the development and update of internal guidelines and awareness materials
- Support knowledge management activities, including documentation, classification, and archiving
- Provide administrative and office support services and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Quality Management, or a related field
- (Diploma with a minimum of 3 years’ experience or High School with a minimum of 6 years’ experience may be considered)
- Strong organizational, reporting, and coordination skills
- Proficiency in administrative systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively
