We are looking for **Support Engineer** to provide production support for Lending and Cards applications while ensuring high system availability and seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Lending and Cards platforms.
- Investigate and resolve production issues.
- Support SIT, UAT, and production releases.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams.
- Manage change and problem management activities.
- Support project-to-production transitions.
