Responsibilities
- Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary contact to support ClientWorks Product Managers, triaging and configuring system\software requests.
- Independently configure, validate, and document approved system\software configuration changes for assigned Oracle Health (Millennium) products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve configuration-related requests across our supported Multi-Tenant customer and internal Sales domains.
- Support domain access activities for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain complete Jira records, configuration documentation, and reusable guides for common requests.
- Use SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities to support data analysis, configuration validation, and operational reporting.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual configuration activities and contribute to workflow improvements using approved tooling and AI assistance.
- Communicate request status, dependencies, and issues clearly; prioritize competing requests and escalate when necessary.
- Participate in Agile team activities, knowledge sharing, and continuous process improvement.
- Required qualifications:
- In depth configuration experience using Oracle Health (Millennium) products.
- At least three years of relevant experience in service management and change management.
- Familiarity with AI tools and practical experience applying them responsibly to improve productivity and streamline routine tasks.
- Strong SQL skills and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Experience using Jira to track, prioritize, and document requests.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently on assigned requests, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to identify repetitive work and contribute to automation and process improvement.
- Availability to work the required shift of 3:30 PM IST to 12:30 AM IST the following day.
- Preferred qualifications:
- Oracle Health (Millennium) Pharmacy product configuration experience.
- Experience with automation scripting or tools used to streamline configuration and support activities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and responsible use of AI-assisted productivity tools.
