Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• **Inventory Management**
• Conduct regular stock checks in coordination with the warehouse team
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking of available and out-of-stock items
• Maintain up-to-date records of all stock movements
• **Reordering & Supply Planning**
• Assist in identifying low-stock items and initiate reorders
• Coordinate with production and procurement teams to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Ensure timely replenishment of high-demand products
• **Product Data Management**
• Input and update new clothing models into internal systems
• Maintain accurate product information, including categories, sizes, and availability
• **Data Analysis & Reporting**
• Analyze product performance to identify high-demand (best-selling) and low-demand items
• Provide actionable insights on which products to scale or discontinue
• Prepare detailed Excel reports for management, highlighting stock status, trends, and recommendations
• **Coordination & Communication**
• Work closely with the warehouse, sales, and management teams to ensure smooth operations
• Support decision-making through accurate data and reporting
• Assist in improving inventory processes and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, formulas, reporting)
• Experience in inventory management, supply chain, or wholesale distribution is a plus
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the clothing or fashion industry is an advantage
