About the role
- This role bridges supply chain operations with data analytics, enabling smarter decisions that improve availability, reduce costs, and enhance overall business performance.
- How you will contribute
- Support inventory monitoring (stock levels, coverage, slow/fast movers).
- Support inbound and outbound logistics coordination (e.g., shipment follow-up, carrier communication).
- Assist with processing and tracking purchase orders, sales orders, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up with the Planning and logistics team on delivery status and lead time updates.
- Coordinate with Supply planning, warehouse, and customer service teams to resolve order and delivery issues.
- Support in the order management and stock allocation process.
- Extract, clean, and analyze data from ERP systems (SAP).
- Generate basic reports or dashboards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance teams.
- Support alignment between demand, supply, and inventory planning.
- Assist in preparing insights for S&OP / S&OE meetings.
- What you need to succeed:
- Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI).
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English.
