Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or Graduate Business degree (B.Comm, BBA, or MBA) in progress.
  • Even better you'll have...

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Automotive work and previous work experience considered an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • For Undergraduate students, the expected hourly pay range for this position is $22.25 - $30.12
  • For Graduate students, the expected hourly pay range for this position is $31.72 - $34.89.

Responsibilities

  • What You’ll Do
  • The primary responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
  • Assist with processing of new part set up and associated part attribute coding
  • Assist with Supplier Ship Direct reporting and follow up
  • Assist with SAP Past Due follow up and alerts as required for vacation coverage
  • Assist in supporting all matters related to parts supply which may include: order processing parameters such as freezes / weekly order quantities, work instruction updates, and backorder reviews
  • Other administrative support and projects as required
