About The Role
SHDH On-Demand is a fast-growing on-demand delivery service.
We are looking for a results-driven Supply Manager whose core mission is to source, onboard, and retain freelance (independent) delivery drivers — keeping our driver supply ahead of demand at all times, with no manpower shortage during peak hours.
This role is all about freelance driver supply : building reliable sourcing channels, onboarding drivers quickly, managing their performance and earnings, and making sure the platform always has enough active drivers to fulfill on-demand orders.
Freelance Driver Sourcing (Core Focus)
- Source and recruit freelance / independent delivery drivers (no sponsorship required) in the numbers needed to meet daily and peak demand.
- Build and grow multiple sourcing channels: driver communities, social media, referral programs, recruitment agencies, and freelance-permit (Freelance / "العمل الحر") holders.
- Maintain a continuous pipeline and an active standby pool so operations never face a driver shortage.
- Handle fast onboarding: documents, Iqama/freelance-permit verification, platform IDs, and activation.
Supply & Demand Balancing
- Analyze high-demand areas and time slots and allocate driver supply accordingly.
- Design incentives and shift plans to attract drivers to undersupplied zones and peak windows.
- Plan ahead for demand spikes (weekends, occasions, promotions) to guarantee coverage.
Driver Performance & Kpis
- Monitor driver quality and performance against KPIs (acceptance rate, on-time delivery, completed orders, cancellations, ratings).
- Improve driver efficiency and retention; reduce churn of active drivers.
- Ensure drivers comply with policies and procedures and resolve operational issues promptly.
Driver Financials
- Manage drivers' financial matters: per-order earnings, incentives, bonuses, deductions, and dues — accurately and on time.
- Reconcile driver accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
Reporting & Profitability
- Prepare regular reports and analyze supply, performance, and profitability per driver.
- Track cost-per-order and driver-level profit/loss; recommend optimizations.
Requirements
- Previous experience sourcing and managing delivery drivers (freelance / gig model strongly preferred), or in delivery/logistics workforce management.
- Good knowledge of delivery platforms , how freelance drivers operate, and their financial accounts.
- Strong negotiation skills with sourcing channels, agencies, and suppliers.
- Ability to analyze costs, profits, and driver-level financial transactions.
- Proficiency in Excel and report preparation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Based in Riyadh (or willing to relocate). Valid, transferable Iqama preferred.

- A steady, growing pool of active freelance drivers with zero shortage at peak.
- Clear sourcing channels delivering a predictable weekly intake of new drivers.
- Accurate, on-time driver payouts and a clean driver-level profitability report.
