About the role
A fast-growing Saudi coffee brand is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain & Sales Operations Manager.
The business is expanding through leading distributors across the GCC and North Africa after a successful Saudi Arabia launch.
The role combines supply chain and sales operations in a growing FMCG or food and beverage business.
Supply chain & procurement
- Manage purchasing from approved suppliers, compare price, quality, payment terms, and delivery times, raise purchase orders, and follow up through delivery.
- Build supplier and partner relationships; handle import/export operations, shipping, customs clearance, and documentation.
- Plan supply against approved forecasts and actual sales; monitor warehouse inventory, maintain records, and reconcile stock.
- Resolve shipment, quantity, damage, and invoice issues; reduce purchasing costs without compromising quality or service.
Sales operations & distributors
- Process distributor orders across the GCC and North Africa from confirmation to delivery, and respond to distributor queries about stock, schedules, and documentation.
- Coordinate logistics to distributors and markets; manage product registration and listing requirements in new GCC markets with relevant regulators such as the SFDA.
- Support market launches with distributors and keep order, stock, and sales data current for regular management reports.
What we're looking for
- 6–8 years in supply chain, procurement, and/or sales operations, ideally in FMCG or food and beverage.
- Hands-on import/export, customs, and shipping documentation experience; knowledge of KSA and GCC markets and product registration and listing regulations.
- Proven direct distributor experience and experience with international suppliers and partners.
- Strong Excel skills; ERP experience is a plus.
- Fluent English; Arabic is strongly preferred. Must be organised, proactive, hands-on, and comfortable with a fast-moving business launching in new markets.
- Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
