Supply Chain Planner

: To balance supply & demand to optimize inventory, streamline processes, & minimize costs. In Food Industry Qualification & Experience Graduate + MBA / PG from a reputed institute Location: Dubai Relevant Supply Chain Planning experience of 5 + years in Food & Beverage (F&B) industry Ice cream / Frozen Food industry experience will be preferred Job Profile Work closely with the Sales Head / Channel Heads (Aggregators, E-commerce, Q-commerce, Retail, HORECA) to understand, verify & analyze their Demand; prepare Accurate Demand forecasting for the respective Sales Channels Based on the Demand, plan the Material Requirement Work closely with the Procurement team for them to source the required raw material & dry goods Work closely with the Production Manager for timely Production Planning for all SKUs Work with the Logistics team to ensure effective & timely distribution of finished goods making them available at all hubs in a timely manner Develop Channel wise Metrics (using an existing system or setting up a new system) for demand planning up to supply of finished goods Role & Responsibilities: Demand Forecasting: Analyze historical data, market trends, & sales forecasts to develop accurate demand plans. Organizing, Overseeing & Planning the entire Demand to Supply process Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, preventing overstocking while ensuring sufficient materials for production. Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials & products, negotiate contracts, & assess vendor performance. Logistics Coordination: Work with logistics providers to optimize transportation & distribution, ensuring efficient flow of goods. Data Analysis: Analyze data from various sources (demand planning, inventory reports, etc.) to identify areas for improvement & develop recommendations. Process Improvement: Identify & implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, & minimize disruptions. Reporting & Communication: Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), communicate with stakeholders, & present recommendations for improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with various departments (operations, production, sales, etc.) to align plans & ensure smooth operations. Desired Skills Strong analytical & problem-solving skills. Proficiency in supply chain planning software & tools (e.g., ERP, WMS, & APS). Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently & manage multiple priorities. Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. Experience in inventory management, demand planning, or supply chain operations.
