About The Role

SimiHaze Beauty is seeking a Supply Chain & Operations Manager to own end-to-end order-to-cash operations and inventory management across our international markets, with direct oversight of third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses in Italy and the USA.

This role requires hands-on ERP expertise (Microsoft Dynamics 365), strong cross-border coordination skills including Italian accounting and import/customs practices, and the ability to apply data and AI-driven tools to optimize supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage order processing and sales invoice posting in Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all regions.
  • Apply correct Italian tax codes and VAT treatment (intra-EU vs. extra-EU) when posting Italian transactions, in coordination with Finance.
  • Coordinate daily operations with third-party warehouses in Italy and the USA, including inbound/outbound shipments, stock transfers, and SLA compliance.
  • Lead demand planning and forecasting to align inventory levels with sales projections and seasonal trends.
  • Conduct regular stock analysis (aging, slow-moving, stockouts, excess inventory) and recommend corrective actions.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven optimization tools for demand forecasting, inventory replenishment, and operational efficiency.
  • Liaise with Italian and US-based 3PL partners, freight forwarders, and customs/compliance teams on import documentation, Incoterms, and duty/VAT treatment.
  • Monitor order-to-delivery cycle times and resolve bottlenecks in the supply chain.
  • Partner with Finance to reconcile inventory, sales invoices, and 3PL billing within Dynamics 365.
  • Prepare periodic reports on stock levels, order fulfillment, and supply chain KPIs for management and stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement, warehousing, and logistics processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in supply chain/operations management, with direct exposure to Italian and or EU market and US markets.If direct Italian experience is not there, they must learn it fast.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (order management, sales invoicing, inventory modules).
  • Proven experience managing third-party warehouses/3PL relationships internationally.
  • Working knowledge of Italian accounting and posting practices, including Italian VAT/tax codes, intra-EU vs. extra-EU invoicing rules, and import/customs documentation (e.g., Incoterms, duty/VAT treatment on imports).
  • Strong analytical skills in demand planning, stock/inventory analysis, and forecasting.
  • Familiarity with AI/automation tools applied to supply chain or operations optimization.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills (Italian language proficiency is a plus).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across finance, sales, and logistics functions.
