Supply Chain Operations Analyst

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, business analysis, or a related analytical field.
• Proven ability to operate in a high‐growth, high‐expectation environment, ideally within tech, manufacturing, or complex global supply chains.
• Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), and KPI development.
• Demonstrated excellence in building polished, executive‐ready presentations and strategic narratives.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Experience supporting senior executives or leading cross‐functional initiatives.
• Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and flexing across strategic and tactical responsibilities.
• Preferred Skills
• Experience with supplier management, strategic sourcing, or procurement operations.
• Familiarity with QBR/SBR frameworks and supplier governance models.
• Exposure to ERP or supply chain systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, NetSuite, etc.).
• Project coordination, PMO experience, or background in operational program management.
• Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
