Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Specific responsibilities

• Develop relationships with major clients and understand their needs and requirements.
• Propose solutions, ensure timely service delivery, and resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Act as the communication link between customers and internal teams.
• Prepare progress and forecast reports using key account metrics.
• Maximise revenue and business growth.
• Chair quarterly customer meetings and manage agendas, minutes, and request resolution.
• Conduct site visits and maintain on-site customer contact; travel is part of the role.
• Liaise with the Contract Manager on contractual matters.

Qualifications and skills

• A degree or diploma in business administration, logistics, or supply chain management is desired.
• Previous oil and gas experience, particularly in logistics and supply chain, is essential.
• Key account management and oil and gas business growth experience is highly desirable.
• Understand transportation, inventory management, warehousing, quality management, and continuous improvement.
• Bring communication, presentation, negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Use Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint at an advanced level.
• Work autonomously, proactively resolve tasks, adapt to demanding conditions, and contribute to a small team.
