Role overview
Nebius is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager with hands-on expertise in server and GPU infrastructure procurement.
The role supports global data center operations in the APAC region and requires fast execution and rapid integration into ongoing projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement of server and GPU infrastructure for new data center builds.
- Negotiate directly with OEM and ODM vendors.
- Create dashboards and report on tasks to ensure timely completion against deadlines.
- Manage cost optimisation, supply constraints, and vendor escalations.
- Coordinate with engineering, logistics, finance, and operations teams.
- Support maintenance procurement after data center go-live through stock planning and urgent procurement.
- Help maintain zero-disruption operations across global data centers.
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in server or data center hardware procurement.
- Direct experience with ODM or OEM manufacturers.
- Strong negotiation skills and a record of securing supply commitments and favourable commercial terms.
- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Ability to understand technical infrastructure requirements quickly.
- Working proficiency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Hands-on experience with GPU procurement.
- Experience in hyperscale or AI infrastructure environments.
- Experience in global procurement operations.
- Familiarity with NetSuite or ERP systems.
