Supply Chain Manager

Lead the site's end-to-end supply chain strategy, aligning planning, logistics and inventory management with business objectives.

Drive and develop the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, balancing customer demand, operational capacity and service performance.

Manage and develop Planning, Scheduling, Materials Management and Despatch teams, creating a high-performing and engaged function.

Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding OTIF performance.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost reduction, capacity optimisation and future business growth

Proven experience leading supply chain and planning teams within a fast-paced FMCG or food manufacturing environment.

Strong leadership and people management skills with experience developing large, diverse teams.

Excellent understanding of demand planning, production scheduling, inventory management and S&OP processes.

Strong analytical capability with experience developing capacity models, interpreting complex data and supporting investment decisions.

Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions, suppliers and customers at senior level.
