Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall logistics and supply chain strategy, ensuring it is aligned with the organization's commercial goals.
• Direct and manage all end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and distribution.
• Lead, mentor, and empower the logistics team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee departmental budgets, manage operational costs, and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with key suppliers, carriers,
• Analyses performance metrics and data to identify bottlenecks and implement robust process improvements across the supply chain.
• Ensure all operations adhere to local and international trade laws, customs regulations, and health and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with other senior management and departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated operational workflow.
• - Researching, contracting with, and coordinating with the company's suppliers, both domestic and international, ensuring compliance with specifications and tracking shipments.

Qualifications

• Proven record of accomplishment of success in a senior leadership role within logistics, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics,
• Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain principles, including demand planning, inventory control, and transport management.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrable experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
