Commercial Operations and Warehouse
- Collaborate with back-office Logistics to meet logistics needs and audit incoming shipments for regulatory compliance.
- Manage warehouse goods-in processes, temperature mapping, inventory, stocktaking, and dispatch.
- Manage warehouse staff and drivers and support their achievement of personal goals.
Strategic Accounts and Business Development
- Support strategic account management and business growth across the UAE and wider GCC with Arabic-speaking colleagues.
- Prepare and revise business and account plans quarterly; collaborate to achieve sales targets.
- Engage healthcare accounts, including ministries of health, hospitals, and procurement agencies, and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Participate in RFQs and tenders, including RAFED, DHA, EHS, and Global Medical Supply Chain.
- Support value-added business and promotional opportunities and represent the company at conferences, expos, and meetings.
Regulatory
- Partner with the pharmacist to maintain licences and coordinate shipment clearance and regulatory approvals.
- Prepare and maintain import permit documentation and regulatory records.
- Ensure inbound and outbound pharmaceutical shipments comply with EDE regulations and transportation requirements.
- Manage compliance for importing and handling unregistered pharmaceuticals; support audits and inspections and implement CAPA where required.
Compliance
- Ensure warehouse and logistics functions comply with internal SOPs, EDE regulations, UAE legislation, MOH requirements, and GDP standards.
Management
- Participate in the Smartway UAE Leadership team to support sustained business growth.
- Perform other activities assigned by Smartway Management.
Pay
- AED 5,000–8,000 per month.
