Role Description
Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, demand planning, warehousing, and distribution to ensure efficient and cost-effective business operations.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies that optimize inventory levels, improve supplier performance, reduce operational costs, and enhance service delivery.
Monitor supply chain performance metrics, analyze operational data, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall supply chain effectiveness.
Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, manufacturing teams, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and alignment with business objectives.
Manage supply chain risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that support operational excellence, scalability, and long-term business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Advanced knowledge of procurement, inventory control, demand forecasting, logistics management, supplier relationship management, and supply chain optimization methodologies. Proficiency in ERP systems, supply chain management software, data analysis tools, and reporting platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners. Strong organizational and decision-making capabilities with experience managing complex supply chain operations and multiple priorities. Knowledge of Lean operations, risk management, continuous improvement frameworks, global supply chain practices, and regulatory compliance requirements is highly advantageous.
