Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven **Supply Chain Manager** to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations.
This role is responsible for procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the full supply chain process (procurement, warehousing, logistics, and distribution)
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
- Negotiate with suppliers and manage vendor relationships
- Analyze supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure timely delivery of products while minimizing costs
- Oversee demand planning, forecasting, and supply planning
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation
- Lead and develop supply chain teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- At least **5+ years of experience** in supply chain, logistics, or operations management
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities
- Leadership and team management experience
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay: QAR31,500.00 per month
