  • Develop demand and supply plans, monitor forecasts and replenishment, report KPIs, and recommend improvements.

Compliance and co-manufacturing

  • Manage UAE import, customs, Free Zone, documentation, and regulatory processes and maintain audit-ready records.
  • Ensure UAE sugar tax classification, documentation, labeling, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Onboard and manage regional co-manufacturers, coordinate production and material supply, and monitor quality, performance, and service.

Experience and competencies

  • University degree in business management, engineering, or supply chain.
  • At least 10 years' experience as a supply chain manager for an international food or beverage company.
  • Broad Middle East experience in compliance, import/export procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Strong numerical and data analysis capability, good English, collaboration, communication, problem-solving, resilience, and flexibility.

Core competencies

  • Supply chain operations, logistics management, import/export and customs, inventory planning, forecasting, ERP/CRM systems, and data analysis.
  • Ownership, accountability, stakeholder management, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Scope and interfaces
