Member of the Senior Leadership Team, balancing strategic direction with operational execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead a multidisciplinary supply-chain organization and develop its people, processes, systems, and supplier partnerships.
- Set objectives, expectations, development plans, and succession plans; coach and develop future leaders.
- Ensure uninterrupted supply and lead responses to shortages, late deliveries, supplier constraints, and interruptions.
- Establish governance, escalation, and execution processes; improve supplier, delivery, inventory, shortages, lead-time, and working-capital performance.
- Develop procurement strategies and lead commodity management, sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, and contracts.
- Drive productivity, cost reduction, and value creation across direct and indirect spend.
- Lead indirect procurement, supplier relationships, spend visibility, and procurement governance.
- Maintain commercial compliance and contractual protections and partner with stakeholders on projects, capital investments, and service procurement.

- Leadership capability to develop people, processes, systems, and supplier partnerships.
- Ability to manage supply-chain risk and deliver improvements in service, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
