Job Responsibilities
- Deeply explore the oil service market across the Middle East and North Africa. Source and conduct on-site survey for local and cross-border suppliers, integrate material, service and logistics resources, and build a localized supply chain.
- Independently conduct business negotiations and market price research, communicate with partners bilingually, and be stationed at oilfield sites to ensure stable supply and cost control for overseas projects across Middle East and North Africa.
Job Requirements
1.
Candidate with fluency in both Arabic and English.
2.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in oilfield services industry, preferably in drilling, workover, stimulation, or related service lines.
3.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, or other related disciplines.
4.
Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English and Arabic, with the ability to handle daily business communication and formal correspondence independently.
5.
Proven experience in independently sourcing, developing, and managing international vendors.
6.
Work location: based in UAE, and travel frequently across the Middle East and North Africa.
