Position purpose

Major tasks and accountabilities

• Create and populate dashboards at required reporting frequencies and compile weekly business and departmental reports.
• Complete timely analysis for NPI and prepare ad hoc reports.
• Maintain SAP and extract data using SAP, Syncron, and JDS.
• Update and improve existing reports.
• Use Syncron to execute forecasting and inventory processes.
• Manage orders to meet parts availability objectives.
• Improve and automate existing processes and reports.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Pass applicable pre-employment drug screens, background checks, and tests.

Preferred qualifications and competencies

• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or another quantitative field is preferred.
• CPIM certification and SAP experience are preferred.
• Excel proficiency, attention to detail, strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills, prioritization, accuracy, deadline focus, and strong interpersonal skills are listed.

Location and conditions

• The position is explicitly onsite at JCB Inc. in Pooler, Georgia.
• Work includes an office environment and occasional manufacturing or factory environment, with exposure to noise and temperature changes.
