Supply Chain Analyst - 2nd Shift

Role overview

Shipping and staging

• Coordinate and log outbound loading, check in carrier drivers, create bills of lading, verify shipments, and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate and log staging activities, create transfer orders, and partner with Inventory on shortages and product issues.
• Direct and coordinate forklift drivers for staging and loading; track progress in Excel and SAP.
• Track drop-trailer movements and shipment activity; ensure outbound orders are complete, accurate, and ready to ship.
• Prepare daily or nightly progress reports for leadership.

Inventory and operations support

• Collaborate with Shipping, Inventory, and Warehouse teams to support operational flow.
• Research and resolve shipment or inventory discrepancies in real time.
• Support cycle counts, audits, pallet consolidation, and warehouse organization as needed.
• Maintain safety, quality, and operational efficiency; provide backup support for Inventory and Logistics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Clerical and/or administrative experience required.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel, required.
• Shipping, logistics, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred.
• SAP or ERP system experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, prioritization, analytical and problem-solving ability; able to work independently and with a team.

Workplace and schedule

• Full-time, on-site role in Austin, Indiana.
• Monday through Friday, second shift; flexibility may be needed to meet organizational training needs.
• Local travel to affiliated locations may be required; minimal travel to Austin, Indiana is noted.

• Structured salary field lists USD 20 per hour; compensation is commensurate with experience, training, and knowledge.
