About This Role
Overview
**Have you worked in transportation, mobility, or fleet operations?** Swvl UAE is looking for a **Supply Acquisition Lead** to build and manage the backbone of our B2B fleet operations across the UAE!
Your Mission
- Source, onboard, and manage vendors, vehicle owners, and driver suppliers.
- Ensure fleet readiness, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Create and improve SOPs, processes, and compliance checks for supply operations.
- Collaborate with Operations, Customer Success & Finance to support smooth client launches.
- Forecast fleet demand, optimize supply costs, and scale operations efficiently.
Who We Want
- 4–8 years of experience in **transportation, fleet management, mobility, or logistics companies only**.
- Strong negotiator with proven commercial acumen.
- Process-driven, structured, and data-oriented.
- Knowledge of UAE transport regulations and fleet operations.
