Role Description
- This is a full-time Suppliers Account Manager role based in the Riyadh Region, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of office-based and work-from-home days.
- The Suppliers Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with supplier partners, serving as a primary point of contact for onboarding, support, and ongoing engagement with IBEA's AP Portal.
- Daily responsibilities include:
- Coordinating supplier enrollment
- Explaining product benefits and processes
- Communicating system and invoices updates
- Addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely, professional manner.
- Monitoring supplier performance metrics, analyzing trends, and recommending improvements to increase adoption, satisfaction, and transaction volumes.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing, and operations teams to optimize supplier programs, support new feature rollouts, and contribute feedback from the supplier network.
- Prepare regular reports, maintain accurate CRM and account records, and participate in meetings and presentations with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Applicant have to be
Saudi Nationality
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills with suppliers, vendors, or B2B.
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation, with the ability to explain technical or financial concepts clearly.
- Solid analytical and reporting skills, including working with data, KPIs, and CRM.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple supplier accounts.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing and operation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in the Riyadh or GCC market, particularly with supplier ecosystems is a plus.
