- Proficiency in quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and IRIS. Experience with root cause analysis tools like 8D and Ishikawa diagrams. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications for mechanical and electrical components. Knowledge of supplier audits, PPAP documentation, and process validation techniques. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to drive supplier engagement and improvement. How Success Is Measured On-time delivery of quality improvement actions and supplier performance targets. Effective collaboration with internal and external teams to resolve issues.
