Supervisor - Transportation

High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR).

Familiarity with hazardous materials transportation regulations, North American

Standard Out of Service (OOS) criteria, and electronic logging devices (ELDs).

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Strong knowledge of transportation operations, routing, and delivery schedules.

Ability to supervise daily operations and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the distribution center.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to adapt to new systems, tools, and operational processes.

Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining accountability for team performance.

1+ year of experience in fleet or transportation operations.

Experience working in a distribution center environment.

Experience with routing, delivery scheduling, or fleet coordination.

Experience with AS400 or similar systems.

Proficiency in one or more additional languages.
