Supervisor, Shipping

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, distribution center, or logistics operations.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience overseeing order processing, loose pick operations, and workflow coordination.
• Experience training, coaching, and developing warehouse associates.
• Physical Requirements:
•  Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and twist frequently.
• Ability to climb stairs and work in a warehouse/distribution center environment.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and warehouse technology, including computers and handheld scanners.
• Ability to read shipping documents, labels, and computer screens.
• Manual dexterity to handle paperwork and operate warehouse equipment.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions, including exposure to dust, noise, and changing temperatures.
• Ability to safely navigate a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or flexible schedules as needed to meet business demands
