The Security Supervisor works within Hilton’s Hotels team, supporting facility safety and memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct interior and exterior hotel patrols to identify and address safety risks, security threats, and undesirable conditions.
- Coordinate responses to fires, medical emergencies, and security threats.
- Train, schedule, and supervise Security Guards or Officers, providing guidance and support for high performance.
- Investigate incidents preliminarily, gather relevant information, document findings, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Encourage team adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
- Step in to perform security-officer responsibilities as required.
