Supervisor – Purchaser & Storekeeper

& Responsibilities

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Dubai, with verifiable proof of employment history.
• Systems Knowledge: Must be proficient in using Mass Garage System.
• Reporting: Responsible for submitting a daily stock report to the finance department, including the company’s store balance sheet.
• Supplier Management:
• Strong knowledge of both existing and new suppliers in Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi.
• Ability to source parts internationally when required.
• Team Leadership:
• Manage a team of two inventory staff, providing clear work plans and guidance.
• Inventory Control:
• Prepare and submit a detailed stock list of both old and new parts to the sales team on a regular basis.
• Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
