Supervisor Processing

Crushing Screen International is seeking experienced Processing Supervisors for our Lithium operation at Bald Hill, on 2/1 roster. Reporting to the Processing Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, adhering to safety, and continuously improving processing activities to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading a team of processing technicians and operators to achieve key production and quality objectives.

Overseeing the operation of processing equipment, ensuring optimal conditions, and troubleshooting issues.

Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Coordinating both planned and unplanned maintenance activities to minimise downtime and ensure high levels of equipment reliability.

Managing the response to breakdowns and conducting failure analysis to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.

Fostering a work environment that promotes safety and compliance with all required regulations.

Strong fixed-plant mineral processing experience

Demonstrated experience providing leadership within a processing environment

Current Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor.

Ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives

Strong focus on safety and fostering a zero-harm culture

As part of Western Australia’s significant lithium industry, Bald Hill plays an important role in supplying spodumene for global battery manufacturing, offering an exciting opportunity to join a site entering a new phase of production.
