- Supervise and manage daily pest control operations at assigned sites
- Lead and guide technicians for effective service delivery
- Plan and schedule pest control activities (routine & emergency)
- Ensure proper application of chemicals, pesticides, and fumigation methods
- Conduct site inspections to identify pest infestations and recommend solutions
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with HSE guidelines
- Monitor usage of chemicals and equipment, ensuring safe handling as per MSDS
- Coordinate with clients and address service-related concerns
- Prepare reports, service logs, and documentation
- Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards
- Train new staff on pest control procedures and safety practices
- Manage inventory of chemicals, tools, and consumables
