What You’ll Do

• Conducting a professional budget management and forecasting activities in accordance with the principles and procedures of finance, process, budgeting, and budget control. The position holder is responsible to perform excellent reporting and manage the day-to-day activities in preparation of the original budget, Rolling Forecast, monthly monitoring and reporting/analysis. Liase with the respective functions on any budget/cost analysis and monitoring relating matters, as well as performing submission of financial information and reports as required by PMI and local management. Propose improvements of the process, methods of work, tools/systems, and contribute to ensuring that they are continuously adapted to the business requirement. In charge in Excellent Process Control, assist audit process both for Internal and/or External Audit. Skills & Capabilities Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Finance/Economics preferred. 3+ years’ experience in FMCG or Public Accounting. Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting tools. Agile, adaptable, and able to work independently. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
