Role Overview

Supervisor Operations, ERM role based in Mumbai, India.

Manages a travel consultant team in a global operations setup, including KPIs, workload, support, coaching, processes, service standards, and quality expectations.

The team may include virtual members, and the role operates in a complex 24/7 service environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage crew movements, rotations, and disruptions through supervision and support of travel consultants.
  • Review operational processes and the commercial relationship with management, recommending improvements.
  • Guide consultants on client travel policies and provide customer consultation.
  • Develop learning programs to address competency gaps.
  • Assist consultants with customer inquiries and problem resolution.
  • Monitor, sort, and work contact and reservation queues to maintain quality control.

Requirements

  • Experience in ERM, marine, offshore, or crew travel operations is required.
  • Working knowledge of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes is required.
  • Advanced GDS Amadeus skills are required.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required.
  • Professional customer service, coaching, problem resolution, and people management skills are required.
