Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2-3 years of documented supervisory experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of operational, production, or manufacturing experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance (OSHA, GMP, or equivalent)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Willingness to support a 24-hour operation and be on call when necessary
- Ability to pass a background check
- Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift materials up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally, and work in varying environmental conditions
- Domino's multi unit supervisory experience
- Some college coursework or a 2-year college degree
- Industry-specific certifications or training
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Experience with scheduling and resource planning software
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, diverse work environment
- Bilingual capabilities
- Experience with performance management and employee development programs
