Overview
Al Hattab Hospitality is launching an exciting **new dining concept** and is looking for an experienced **Hospitality Supervisor** to lead daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of hospitality trends, and the ability to drive team performance and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day restaurant or hospitality operations
- Lead and train service staff to maintain high standards
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance and implement upselling strategies
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and company standards
- Coordinate with management on operational improvements
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in hospitality (restaurant, café, or hotel)
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience required
- Strong knowledge of customer service and upselling techniques
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Locally available in Qatar with transferable QID preferred
- Immediate joiners will be given priority
