Key Responsibilities

• Oversee IT PMO operations and ensure effective project governance
• Manage and monitor project portfolios, timelines, budgets, and risks
• Lead change management initiatives using structured methodologies (e.g., ADKAR)
• Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment between IT and business teams
• Develop communication and training plans to support change adoption
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards, policies, and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• Preferred: Master’s degree or MBA
• 6–10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in PMO and/or Change Management
• Strong experience in PMO governance, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL v4, or Prosci are highly preferred
