Requirements

• Previous experience in home cleaning services, cleaning operations, or maintenance services is mandatory.
• Strong experience in supervising cleaning staff and managing daily operations.
• Ability to attend and handle customer calls professionally.
• Excellent customer service and client communication skills.
• Experience in preparing and managing quotations, invoices, and related documentation.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially:
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Ability to schedule staff, monitor attendance, and coordinate daily work activities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and service reports.
• Monitor staff attendance and performance.
• Ensure all cleaning operations are completed efficiently and according to company standards.
• Maintain good communication with clients and team members.
• Assist management with daily operational planning and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning company or facilities management company.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills.
