- Supervise daily white-glove delivery and installation services for data center hardware, ensuring service levels and KPIs are met. and provides training and guidance to team members.
- Coordinate scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of freight shipments and on-site services. Ensure compliance with SOPs and industry standards.
- Support vendor relations by ensuring adherence to service processes, escalating issues, and providing feedback to management.
- Provide back-up leadership under the Manager, Global Data Center Services. Supervise staff coordinating transportation and distribution workflows to maximize efficiency
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
