Responsibilities

• Oversee construction and interior fit-out activities to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Organize daily tasks, manage workers and subcontractors, and ensure proper material use.
• Maintain site safety, interpret drawings and specifications, coordinate with project managers and clients, and resolve on-site challenges.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of commercial mall fit-out experience in the UAE, including work with leading landlords.
• Knowledge of mall procedures, landlord approvals, permits, site access, inspections, and handovers.
• Project management skills in scheduling, resource allocation, and managing multiple tasks; experience supervising workers and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and techniques; commitment to health, safety, and compliance.
• Able to coordinate with project managers, designers, consultants, mall management, landlords, and other stakeholders.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills; able to meet deadlines while maintaining detail and quality.
• Previous experience in interior fit-out, construction, or a related field; good physical condition.
• Relevant construction or interior fit-out certification or technical training is requested as a qualification.
• Valid UAE driving license; having a car is an advantage.
