Role overview

Service and operations

• Coordinate staff to support teamwork, efficient service, and guest needs.
• Inspect staff grooming and attire; complete opening and closing work, including setup, cleaning, and securing areas.
• Inspect storage organization, FIFO stock rotation, and cleanliness; conduct inventories and requisition supplies.
• Monitor dining areas for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being; submit maintenance work orders.
• Assist with employee hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, and coaching.
• Follow company and safety policies, report incidents and unsafe conditions, complete safety training, and maintain service and quality standards.
• Build positive working relationships, assist guests, and identify improvements to efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, or cost savings.
• Physical duties include extended standing, sitting, or walking; handling objects up to 50 pounds; and navigating stairs, ramps, or confined spaces.

Preferred qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years of related work experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• No license or certification is listed.
