• Salary:
• The targeted pay range for this role is $90,000 - $95,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include applicable incentive compensation, such as an annual performance bonus. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, specific work geography, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

• High School diploma; A/A, technical school or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of two years of experience in Field Service.
• · Ability to manage field operations.
• · Must be innovative, forward thinking and flexible.
• · Proven ability to manage personnel in a service operations environment.
• · Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills and customer service orientation.
• · Excellent communication skills.
• · Keen understanding of Gaming Devices & Associated Equipment.
• · Ability and willingness to travel on short notice.
• Work Conditions: May require weekend and evening hours. May require travel. Working conditions similar to those of other comparable positions in the industry
