Minimum Qualifications

  • Education/Certifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience; experience in directing and training others in building and grounds maintenance; demonstrated ability to manage and direct capital projects including planning, costing, request submittal for approval, scheduling and execution
  • Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to multi-task multiple projects keeping to tight timetables
  • Ability and demonstrated willingness to mentor others in maintenance operations
  • Ability to work independently for the majority of the time and maintain good working relationships with management, co-workers and contractors
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff, contractor personnel and AHJ
  • Ability and willingness to implement cultural and process changes that reinforce a company goals
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license; ability to work weekend and off-shift hours
  • The pay range for this position is $56,800.00 - $91,675.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
