Supervisor - Dynamic Model Support
Role Overview
Leads ERCOT’s Dynamic Model Support group for Large Load Interconnection (e.g., data centers, industrial loads) and related rulemakings at the PUCT or additional ERCOT revision requests.
Provides engineering analysis and technical support for implementation of Batch stability studies pursuant to NERC Standards, ERCOT Protocol, and Market Guides.
Supports team development through training and mentoring.
Represents ERCOT in stakeholder forums, committees, and working groups.

EXPERIENCE
- Requires minimum 5 years job related work experience and 1 years in a management or leadership role in excess of degree requirements. Minimum years of job-related experience can include time in leadership roles.
- Requires minimum 5 years work experience in system planning, operations, or interconnection.
- CERTIFICATION
- PE Professional Engineer (Preferred)
- Education
- Bachelor's Degree: Electrical Engineering or related field (Required)
- Master's Degree: Electrical Engineering or related field (Preferred)
- or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge to a major in such fields is required

- $145,000 - $200,000
