As a Supervisor, you'll lead daily activities across multiple distribution center functions, including:

Receiving and inbound operations.

Order processing and case pick.

Shipping and loading.

Returns processing.

Inventory replenishment.

General warehouse operations.

Leading, coaching, and developing warehouse associates.

Monitoring productivity and balancing workloads to meet operational goals.

Creating a safe, positive, and high-performing work environment.

Providing training, tools, and resources to help associates succeed.

Troubleshooting operational challenges and resolving escalated issues.

Identifying process improvements that enhance efficiency and productivity.

Supporting inventory accuracy and operational excellence.

Ensuring compliance with all safety policies and procedures.

Maintaining operational reports and performance documentation.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

5+ years of distribution, warehouse, logistics, or operations experience.

Leadership experience supervising teams in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
