Experienced Restaurant Supervisor sought for the Al Farooj QSR team in Al Ain.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of QSR, restaurant, or F&B operations experience.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills; knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and food safety standards.
- Computer literate and comfortable with POS and restaurant management systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for operational records and reports.
- Able to monitor sales, inventory, wastage, attendance, and staff performance and prepare daily or weekly reports.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure in a fast-paced QSR environment.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Al Ain or UAE F&B experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily branch operations and ensure smooth service.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor team performance.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, service standards, hygiene, and food safety requirements.
- Monitor POS transactions, cash handling, sales, and daily closing procedures.
- Monitor stock, wastage, inventory, and operational requirements.
- Prepare daily reports and communicate branch performance to management.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure excellent customer service.
- Support staff training, scheduling, attendance, and discipline.
- Keep the branch clean, organized, and ready for service.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,500–3,500 per month.

- Work location is in person.
