REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Requires knowledge of high school subject matter such as mathematics grammar, office equipment and business practices normally acquired through four years of high school, a vocational school or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 plus years. Class A CDL is preferred but not required. Bilingual is preferred but not required.
  • Computer Skills: Requires elementary computer skills. For example, checking electronic mail entering data into document templates or creating simple queries.
  • Travel: Travel is not required.

  • Responsibilities: This position is responsible for supervising a group of personnel who perform somewhat identical and related tasks or activities.
  • POSITION REPORTS TO: Live Haul Manager
  • Qualified candidates will have to operate loaders.
  • This position will be managing 3 catch crews to include Forest and Carthage, MS.
  • Internal Management & Management Support Applicants:
  • Automatic notification to your current manager will be initiated upon selection for interview. This applies to all candidates who are level 79 or above.
  • All professional team members are expected to demonstrate responsible use of approved AI tools, including safeguarding sensitive information, adhering to company policies, and validating AI-generated outputs. Individual Contributors should demonstrate the ability to integrate AI into daily work, improve efficiency through AI-enabled solutions, evaluate outputs critically, and apply professional judgment when using AI. People Leaders should demonstrate the ability to drive responsible AI adoption, enable effective use of approved solutions, identify opportunities to improve team performance through AI, and ensure accountability for the quality and accuracy of AI-supported outcomes.
